Frank Natale

CEO/Chairman & Co-Founder

Frank is VADAR’s CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder, managing and overseeing the company’s administration and, most importantly, its marketplace customer relationships. For the last 30 years, Frank has worked with hundreds of municipal financial officials across the country, implementing accounting, billing, and collection software systems that have made VADAR the premier provider of cloud-based financial software.
Frank is deeply committed to VADAR’s clients, guaranteeing an open door – and open line – that gives clients personal access to him. This ensures that VADAR not only meets client expectations – but also exceeds them.
Frank graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a BA in Political Science.

Roland B. Russell, II

President/Lead Tax/Utility Developer & Co-founder

Roland co-founded VADAR with Frank in 1996, bringing his expertise in data and programming. In fact, Roland developed our Tax/Utility suites. Today, he is also the lead business analyst for our new tax/utility platform for product design, conversions and product functionality.
Roland graduated from Emory University in Georgia with a BA in History. Yet, it’s his gift as a data expert that has allowed VADAR to create and implement feature-rich, user driven applications. Roland has led highly-technical and complex challenges, including converting thousands of data files and millions of records from competing systems.

Robert P. Natale

COO/CTO & Co-founder

As VADAR’s Chief Operating Offer, Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder, Rob oversees all of the day-to-day development, support and product operations. Rob’s responsibilities include VADAR’s internal infrastructure, ie. our network, servers, remote access, and more, ensuring that our staff have the resources to develop and meet our client’s needs.
Rob designed and continues to manage our Cloud infrastructure for our 1,500+ cloud client users. Today, he leads our development team, maintaining and enhancing current product lines while championing new products and platforms.
Rob graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in History.

Edward (Ted) Cormier

Director of Client Services/Co-Founder

Ted is VADAR’s Director of Client Services, focused on ensuring client satisfaction and leading in the development of VADAR’s financial products. As our Financial Fund Accounting Product Specialist, he has an immense wealth of knowledge in fund accounting for towns and schools that he brings to our product design, chart of accounts, accounting conversions, product functionality, and more.
Working side-by-side with countless finance directors, municipal accountants, and school business administrators, Ted played a leading role in building the UMAS/DESE chart of account migrations and DLS/DESE state reporting utilities.
Today, Ted continues to oversee all installations, managing our client support team to ensure client satisfaction. Ted graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BA in Political Science.
